One of our absolute favourite gift pieces are these beautiful hand-crafted a fairy doors by Jo McSherry. Jo's original pieces are handcrafted from oak, ash and reclaimed timber, all sourced from her 11 acres woodland in County Leitrim. From tree felling to the final coat of varnish, Jo does it all, and you can honestly say that these doors come from a beautiful forest in the Northwest.

As these are all handmade and hand painted the design and colours may differ on the door, the frame of the door will remain the same.

Fairy folklore is a very important part of Irish culture, and these beautiful hand-painted doors are a wonderful way to represent the magic of the little people. Lovingly hand-painted, the doors say 'Teach Síoga´, which, in Gaelic Language, means 'the house of the little fairies'. These doors look beautiful around your garden or conservatory, and they are also a great gift for little people of your own.

If you'd like a gift box of Jo McSherry products, or a customized gift box including these and other Wishing Chair products, please email us and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
