We are delighted to introduce you to the Irish West Cork Biscuit company!

The West Cork Biscuit Company have been making a selection of biscuits /cookies by hand since 2003. Initially by necessity making them by hand, they soon realised how much better the biscuits were when they were hand made. Instead of changing to machine aids they continued on their hand made path. Resulting in these glorious treats!
