Sadhbh Adamea is the pen name of Nicole Rank, who is the creator of Love-Eyes Spiritual Development and the human who brought this book into being. Nicole is also a holistic and accredited Creative Mindfulness teacher, and an intuitive guide. 

Nicole is a poet, writer, tree-hugger and Love herald. After teaching at a public school in Germany for 13 years, Nicole took a leap of faith. In 2023, she gathered her books, candles, favourite mugs and her surprised cats. She crammed all of it into her little car and drove off towards the luscious greens of Ireland. Here she has resided ever since, living the questions that Love asks her, every single day.
