A note from the crafter: 

I am Barry, and I have always loved crafting things with my hands. My aim is is to showcase the natural beauty of the wood, preserving its character and uniqueness in every item I create.  Some of my fondest childhood memories are of my Victorinox knife whittling sticks. Living in Ireland, I have been struck by the beauty of the wood we are putting into the fire... I have focused on local ash and birch 'rescued' firewood for most of my pieces, which are all hand carved and sanded with love for that tactile finish you just can't put down. As a passionate crafter, I believe in using the finest materials to create something special.  Not only does it add to the beauty of my pieces, but the resulting tactile finish is something you won't be able to resist touching.
